  • Candidates: data relating to professional experience, education, certifications, contact details, nationality, marital status, and CV information.

  • Legal basis: implied consent by applying.

  • Employees: personal data related to remuneration, social security, ID, photo, bank details, performance evaluations, development plans, disciplinary measures, correspondence, system accounts and logs, professional and private phone numbers.

  • Legal basis: contract performance or legitimate interest as an employer.

  • End of contract: data necessary to close employment records, followed by secure archiving in compliance with applicable law.
